Aim: To learn what Compassion Fatigue is and to see it’s warning signs. Being able to recognise the need for support as well as explore ways to find needed self care, and what it looks like.
Objective: To recognise the signs of relationship strains within the home and working environment. To learn how to support oneself and others to help stay out of compassion fatigue. To leave with an understanding of Compassion Fatigue and a plan to stay out of it. Know what to do if you think you have Compassion Fatigue.
